How to redeem activation code?

WARNING!!! Please note that if you are currently on subscription membership (paid directly by Google/iTune), please wait till your membership expire, remember to cancel your automatic subscription (https://goo.gl/o4abJE ), and then apply the voucher.

ELSA Promo Code Redeem Guideline

A. If you are an existing user with ELSA (already have an account with ELSA)

  • Log in to your account using this link: www.elsaspeak.com/redeem
  • Use the same email account and password you currently have with ELSA
  • Once you have successfully logged in, input the code into the text box and click redeem
  •  Our system will confirm the successful redemption (see screenshot below). You should wait for a few minutes for the code to take effect
  • Re-login to the app and your code should be activated 
  • You should now be able to use ELSA app until your voucher code expires.

B. If you are a new user (who does not have an existing account with ELSA)

  • Please click on the above link
  • Sign up and create a new account with ELSA
  • Then put in the Promo code that you received, and click Redeem

  • Our system will confirm the Successful redemption (see screenshot below). You should wait for a few minutes for the code to take effect
  • Then download the ELSA app, and log in with the same account you just created above
  • You should now be able to use ELSA app until your voucher code expires.

C. How to check if your Promo code worked?

  • Open any topic or planet to check your access
  • All the lessons should be unlocked for you to download and practice, with the cloud icon next to it (screenshot below).

Note: Currently, ELSA only allows users to redeem code via a Facebook account or email and there is no option to redeem code via Apple ID yet. So, if you are using Apple ID to log in ELSAplease create a new ELSA account via a new Facebook or email account to redeem your code.
